24-Hour Live-In Vocation Experience for
Women

We invite women ages 18+ to a 24-hour live-in
retreat Wed., July 9 to Mon., July 13, 2008.
Explore your vocation with the Benedictine Sisters of Annunciation Monastery.
Participate in
our rich prayer and community life. Renew your spirit, walk the peaceful
surrounding paths, reflect in the quiet, get to know our Sisters, share stories
and learn about our ministries.

T'ai Chi Chih
® Joy Thru Movement
These 20 simple, non-strenuous, meditative
movements move the energy within enabling one to experience serenity in the
midst of activity. Promotes physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well
being.

Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29; Feb. 5, 12, 19, 26
Instructor: Sister Eleanor Stockert, OSB.
Suggested donation: First session is free. $60 for the next seven

Continuing T'ai Chi Chih
® Joy Thru Movement
Deepen your commitment to daily practice by
joining others each month to review these movements that release stress and
foster inner peace. Must have completed 8 instruction sessions. Come
when you can.

Centering Prayer
Deepen your relationship with God by joining with
others in Centering Prayer, a prayer of silence. Meet monthly. Must
have had an Introduction to Centering Prayer. Each session includes a time
of centering, silence, and Lectio on a scripture passage. Come when you
can.
Dates: Jan. 7, Feb. 4,
March 3, April 7
Time: 7:30 p.m.
to 9 p.m.
Led by: Sister Patricia Schap, OSB. A donation is
accepted.

Direction - In spiritual direction, you reflect
deeply on your relationship and experiences of God in your daily
life. Your desire to deepen your relationship with God grows as
you discover God has been waiting to be invited to a closer
relationship with you! Several spiritual directors are
available. Call for information, (701)255-1520.
Day of Reflection
- Treat yourself to quiet and enter into your own prayerful
time with God. The time is yours. Prayer with the
Sisters and meals are optional. A donation is suggested.
Call for information.
Group Retreat or
Reflection - Arrange a time for reflection, prayer
and/or retreat for your group. Bring your own leader or
inquire if someone from the Center could facilitate the retreat.
Facilities and lunch are available. Call to make
arrangements.
Outreach Programs
- Speakers from the monastery are available to present
programs in your locality. Call for information.
Individually-Directed or Private Retreat - Gift
yourself with some quiet time away to focus on your relationship
with God and others. Relish time for prayer, reading,
walking and resting. Enjoy a private room and outdoor
beauty on the bluffs of the Missouri River. Meals are
included. Certified spiritual directors are available if
desired.
Private retreat: $40/day (private room,
meals). Directed retreat: $55/day (private room, meals,
spiritual direction). Extra for overnight accommodations.

suggested donation is a free will offering to help Annunciation
Monastery Hospitality Center meet expenses. However, no one in
