It was a weekend of joyful and grateful celebration at Annunciation Monastery!

Sunday evening, July 13, the monastic community had a private celebration honoring our jubilarians, Sister Hildegarde Urlacher (70 Years) and Sister Rosanne Zastoupil (60 Years) of monastic profession. 

On Friday, July 11 (Feast of St. Benedict), we celebrated the perpetual monastic profession of Sister Marena Hoogland. Our hearts are full from the prayers and loving support from those who gathered to witness this beautiful event. 

Two sacred celebrations converged and reminded us of God’s abiding presence in our journey and how we are formed each step of the way. May we always grow together, support one another, and learn from each other, as we journey ever closer to God. Photo credit: Sister Idelle Badt
