T'ai Chi Chih®Joy Through Movement

T'ai Chi Chih is made up of a series of slow, prayerful, meditative movements that benefit the body, mind and spirit by circulating the energy within oneself. By balancing the body's internal energy, the movements provide an effective way to relieve stress, restore balance and promote well-being. These movements are often referred to as moving meditation or prayer through movement.

Certified instructor, Sister Eleanor Stockert, will patiently lead you through each movement - suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The first learning session is free. Suggested donation for eight learning sessions is $50. Participants should wear comfortable clothing.

Dates: Tuesdays, Feb. 19, 26; March 5, 12, 19; April 2, 9, 16

Location: Annunciation Monastery, 7520 University Drive, Bismarck, ND 58504
